Nablus is also known as a city with artisanal soap production and in the 19th century exported three-quarters of soap produced. Nowadays, two soap factories still operate in the city while others slowly went out of business due to complicated logistics because of IDF incursions and West Bank closures.  Still, Hirbawi dedicates this kufiya to Nablus and its beautiful people.

What is Hirbawi Kufiya like?

Oh...Soft cotton. Most likely the biggest you can find, 47” by 47”, which is over 15 sq. ft. of awesomeness. Made on a custom kufiya loom and finished by hand.
